Terms of Service

• By accessing and using Virixy Inc services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

• If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

• Permission is granted to temporarily use Virixy services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

• This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose, attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software, remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

• This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Virixy at any time.

• The materials on Virixy services are provided on an "as is" basis. Virixy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

• Further, Virixy does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its services or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

• In no event shall Virixy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Virixy services, even if Virixy or a Virixy authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

• Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

• Virixy reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity

• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Virixy Inc and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
